Whats that little thing on his back? That thing that looks like dead skin.
It's when they moult. It's last years winter hair coat that has been shedding during the hot summer.

Most goats I saw had patches like that, except for the kids.
Oh, Ok. Now I get it.

To me it looked like a mini wing, and I was about to use it for my Science title page(If that was OK with you), but then I saw the hair, and then it kind of creeped me out, so I just tried my best to draw a mountain goat.
